well, we weren't, but rest easy: now we are.
what can we expect?
we want to spend as much time with our guests as possible, so all guests are encouraged to join festivities from friday dinner through sunday breakfast at Camp Elsewhere. you can expect swimming, canoeing, good food, campfires, lots of space for kids to run around, a ceremony, and dancing.
are kids invited?
absolutely!
will Bowie be attending?
of course.
are you going to make us do a bunch of camp activities like tug of war and sack races?
absolutely not.
where the heck is Waupaca, WI?
it's in the middle of wisconsin; expect "up north weekend in the woods" vibes. the venue is about 6 miles from the city of Waupaca. Waupaca will have anything you need (coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants, etc.).
activities before the ceremony are summer casual -- swimsuits, flip flops, shorts, whatever! For the ceremony and reception, aim for "summertime smart casual". what is that? Hmmm...think sun dresses, khakis, dress shirts, slacks -- "sunday best" or "weekend chic" perhaps?
